Job summary

Sherry FitzGerald is seeking a Junior Negotiator for our Wicklow team. You will act as a trusted adviser, handling vendor communications, viewings, and negotiation of sales, while delivering outstanding service to buyers. The role requires PSRA eligibility and a proactive, drive-driven approach in a fast-paced market.

You will contribute to the branch business plan, qualify buyers via RPS, and participate in marketing activities to grow the portfolio and reputation in the community.

Qualifications

• PSRA licence or eligibility required.
• Experience in residential property.
• Strong knowledge of the residential property market.
• Self-motivated with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, customer service and organisational skills.
• Willingness to drive and have access to a car with full licence.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted property advisor and provide guidance to clients.
• Manage a portfolio of properties with proactive vendor communication.
• Negotiate sales, manage bids and align expectations with buyers.
• Deliver a positive customer service experience for vendors and buyers.
• Support branch team in developing plans and achieving KPIs.
• Qualify buyers using RPS and match to suitable properties.
• Develop new business opportunities through networking and marketing activities.
• Ensure deposits and fees are recorded promptly and accurately.
