Job summary

ProSource Group is seeking a Project Planner in Dublin to develop and maintain detailed programmes for tender and live projects. You will collaborate with operational, commercial and engineering teams to ensure realistic schedules, monitor progress, and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a Planning or Project Controls role within construction or civil engineering.
  • Experience on civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of project planning from tender and delivery perspectives.
  • Good knowledge of commercial and contractual aspects of project delivery.
  • Proficient in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Currently recuruting for a Project Planner with a leading civils contractor based in Dublin delviering major infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed project programmes for both tender and live construction projects.
  • Work closely with operational, commercial, and engineering teams to ensure programmes are realistic, achievable, and aligned with project objectives.
  • Monitor project progress, identify delays or risks, and recommend solutions to maintain programme milestones.
  • Produce resource schedules, planning reports, and programme updates for project teams and senior management.
  • Support tender submissions by developing construction methodologies, programme strategies, and planning documentation.

Requirements
