Job summary

A top-tier civils contractor based in Dublin is seeking an experienced Planner to manage project programming from procurement to completion. Responsibilities include producing high-quality programmes, liaising with teams, and monitoring project progress. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of construction planning experience, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of the construction process. Qualifications

• Experience in the Civil Engineering sector.
• Experience at both the tender and contract stages of projects.
• Possess a good understanding of the construction process and how a project comes together.
• Strong communication skills.

• Regular reporting on project progress to management team.

• Regular site visits to assist site teams with planning matters.
• Report any planning issues to the senior project manager.

Planner Dublin €70-80k

Inform3 are working alongside a Top Tier Civils Contractor based in Dublin who are recruiting for a Planner to join their team.

You will manage the programming aspect of projects from procurement to final account stage, ensuring projects stay on or ahead of programme and are continuously monitored and reported to the highest standard.

The Role

• Producing programmes of a high quality which meet Company & Client expectations, within time allocated and in line with project deadlines.
• Providing guidance and assistance to sales and support team.
• Taking ownership / responsibility for relevant assigned projects.
• Liaising with external customers and internal team.
• Liaising with equipment manufacturers/suppliers as and when required.
• Regular reporting on project progress to management team on a project and portfolio analysis basis.
• Monitor progress of programmes and highlight areas of concern with site teams, proposing mitigation measures where required.
• Regular site visits to assist site teams with planning matters.
• Report any planning issues to the senior project manager and site management team.
