Job summary

Linkedskills Expert Talent Solutions is recruiting a senior Project Manager to lead water and wastewater infrastructure projects in Dublin. You will drive programmes, manage multiple crews and subcontractors, and liaise with Uisce Éireann and local authorities to ensure safe, compliant project delivery.

The role requires proven Irish water/utility project delivery experience, a Level 8 engineering qualification, and strong leadership for end-to-end project lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage water and wastewater infrastructure projects from mobilisation through to completion.
  • Develop, manage and monitor project programmes and operational plans.
  • Coordinate multiple site crews, subcontractors, labour, plant and materials.
  • Liaise with clients, Uisce ireann representatives, local authorities, consultants and engineers.
  • Monitor project performance against programme, cost, quality and safety requirements.
  • Ensure work is delivered in accordance with specifications, contracts, approved procedures and client expectations.
  • Maintain accurate project reports, site records and internal management documentation.
  • Identify project risks, delays and operational issues and implement corrective action.
  • Coordinate subcontractor activities and maintain effective communication across the project team.
  • Support commercial teams with forecasting, variation management, cost control and reporting.
  • Maintain strong health, safety, quality and environmental standards.
  • Ensure clear communication between site teams, management, clients and external stakeholders.
  • Provide leadership and direction throughout the complete project lifecycle.

Project Manager Water & Wastewater Infrastructure | Dublin Location: Dublin Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: €70,000 - €100,000 DOE Sector: Water | Wastewater | Civil Engineering | Utilities Lead the Delivery of Essential Water Infrastructure Linkedskills is recruiting an experienced Project Manager to lead water and wastewater infrastructure projects in Dublin. This is a senior project-delivery position for someone with proven experience managing Irish water, wastewater or utilities projects. You will take responsibility for project programmes, site operations, multiple crews, subcontractors, reporting and stakeholder relationships. The successful candidate must understand the practical and regulatory requirements for delivering infrastructure projects for Uisce ireann, local authorities, or comparable Irish utility clients. Applicants must currently reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Dublin.

Candidate Profile

This is not a general building construction or residential Project Manager position. Candidates must demonstrate directly relevant Irish water, wastewater or utility infrastructure experience.
