Careeriser-Limited is seeking a Project Manager to lead a major commercial construction project in North Dublin and City Centre. You will oversee delivery from inception to completion, coordinate the project team, and drive safety, quality, and programme performance.

Applicants should have 7+ years in construction, a related degree, and a proven track record delivering large-scale projects; strong stakeholder management and commercial awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction experience required.
• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale commercial/industrial projects.
• Strong commercial, programme and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead the delivery of a major commercial construction project from inception through to completion.
• Manage and motivate the project team, driving performance across safety, quality, programme and commercial objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and key stakeholders.
• Oversee project planning, sequencing and programme management to ensure milestones and completion dates are met.
• Drive a strong health, safety, environmental and quality culture across the project.
• Manage procurement, subcontractor packages and supplier appointments in line with project requirements.
• Work with the commercial team to monitor budgets, costs and project performance.
• Provide accurate reporting, forecasting and progress updates during client and project review meetings.
