Global Professional Consultants are supporting a leading contractor in Monaghan in their search for an experienced Project Manager to deliver a new government building. You will take responsibility for planning, delivery, safety, programme, budget and quality across multi-disciplinary teams.

In this role you will coordinate with clients, design teams, subcontractors and site management from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring milestones are met and projects are delivered to a high

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager with a main contractor.
• Strong background delivering commercial construction projects.
• Experience working on Construction projects is highly advantageous.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting and programme management.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple construction projects from pre-construction through to successful completion.
• Ensure all works are delivered safely and in compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers and the onsite supply chain.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key project stakeholders.
• Develop, monitor and update project programmes to ensure milestones are achieved.
• Resolve onsite issues efficiently while maintaining programme, quality and budget.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Oversee project documentation, reporting and commercial performance.

Due to continued growth and an expanding project portfolio, a leading contractor are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team in Monaghan and take responsibility for the successful delivery of a new government building

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Project Manager to work on high-value, technically challenging projects with a well-established contractor.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the successful planning, management and delivery of assigned projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards.

You will work closely with the client, design teams, subcontractors, site management and commercial teams to ensure effective project delivery from pre-construction through to completion
