Sigmar Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a Dublin-based construction contractor. You will lead projects from pre-construction to handover, ensuring safety, timeliness, and quality across residential, commercial and mixed-use schemes.

You will coordinate site teams, manage budgets and programmes, liaise with clients and consultants, and drive delivery while maintaining high standards of documentation and reporting.

Qualificações

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline.
• Proven experience delivering construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of construction programmes, budgets, health and safety, and quality management.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive delivery.
• Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving ability.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day delivery of construction projects from commencement through to handover.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers.
• Monitor project programmes, budgets and resources to meet milestones.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, building regulations and procedures.
• Manage client relationships and attend progress meetings.
• Review project costs, variations and commercial performance with the commercial team.
• Identify and resolve project risks, delays and technical issues.
• Maintain quality control, documentation and reporting.
• Oversee project handover and ensure works meet specifications.

About Your New Job

As Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of construction projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing the day-to-day delivery of construction projects from commencement through to handover.
• Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers.
• Monitoring project programmes, budgets and resources to ensure key milestones are achieved.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, building regulations and company procedures.
• Managing client relationships and attending progress meetings.
• Reviewing project costs, variations and commercial performance in conjunction with the commercial team.
• Identifying and resolving project risks, delays and technical issues.
• Maintaining high standards of quality control, documentation and reporting.
• Overseeing project handover and ensuring all works are completed to the required specification.

What You Will Need
