Job summary

AllSite Staffing is partnering with a leading developer to recruit senior Project Managers for major residential and mixed-use developments in West Dublin. You will own delivery from pre-construction through to completion and handover, leading a multidisciplinary team in a high-stakes environment.

You will manage programme, budget, safety and quality, coordinating architects, engineers, consultants and contractors while ensuring compliance with Irish Building Regulations and BCAR.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with a developer or main contractor.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary project teams.
• Strong commercial, contractual and programme management experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong knowledge of Irish construction practices, Building Regulations and BCAR.
• Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of large-scale residential and mixed-use developments through all project stages.
• Manage programme, commercial performance, quality, safety and project risk.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of approximately 8 direct staff.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, contractors and subcontractors.
• Work closely with the Commercial team on budgets, procurement and cost control.
• Monitor project programmes and implement recovery plans where required.
• Drive value engineering while maintaining quality and design intent.
• Ensure effective design coordination, buildability and statutory compliance.
• Oversee quality assurance, commissioning and final project handover.
• Chair project meetings and provide clear reporting on progress, programme and risk.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal teams, consultants, contractors and statutory bodies.
• Ensure compliance with Irish Building Regulations, BCAR and relevant construction legislation.

We are currently recruiting experienced Project Managers on behalf of a leading developer for major residential and mixed-use developments in West Dublin.

These are senior project leadership positions offering the opportunity to take ownership of the delivery of large-scale developments from pre-construction through to completion and handover.

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall coordination and delivery of the development, ensuring it is completed safely, on programme, within budget and to a high-quality standard.

You will lead a multidisciplinary project team and work closely with Design, Commercial and Development teams, alongside consultants, contractors and key external stakeholders.
