Job summary

Build Search in Ireland seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead major residential developments in the Greater Dublin region, overseeing €75m–€250m projects from pre-construction to handover. The role requires 10+ years in a main contractor setting and a proven track record on €70m+ schemes.

You will manage diverse teams, control budgets and timelines, ensure quality, and liaise with clients, consultants and senior management to deliver high-profile builds.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in a project management role within a main contractor environment.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects (€70m+)
• Experience on residential housing or high-density is highly desirable
• Strong commercial awareness and contract knowledge
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver high-pressure projects on time and within budget
• Relevant Construction/Engineering degree or equivalent

This company has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality builds across the country. You will be working on high-profile projects and long-term pipeline in the Greater Dublin region.

You will take full responsibility for managing construction projects ranging in value from €75m to €250m. These are typically large-scale developments, requiring exceptional leadership, technical, and communication skills.
