Job summary

Elite Talent Hub in Ireland’s Leinster region seeks a Senior Electrical Project Manager to own major electrical construction projects from mobilisation to handover. You will lead site teams, manage client relationships, and drive commercial performance across all construction phases.

The role demands oversight of project delivery, commercial management, and closeout activities, with a focus on safety, quality, and programme milestones in mission-critical settings.

Qualifications

• 6+ years' experience in electrical construction project delivery.
• Experience managing large-scale electrical projects.
• Data centre, pharmaceutical, industrial or mission-critical project experience.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Electrical Engineering qualification or strong electrical trade background.

Responsibilities

My client is looking for a Senior Electrical Project Manager who can take full ownership of major electrical construction projects from initial mobilisation through to final handover.

Working on large-scale mission-critical projects, you'll be responsible for leading site teams, managing client relationships, driving commercial performance and ensuring successful project delivery across every phase of construction.

• Developing construction programmes and resource plans
