Job summary

3D Personnel Ltd in Ballycoolin, Dublin 15 is seeking a Project Manager to join a leading Irish main contractor on a major project. The role will lead delivery from pre-construction through to handover and manage the site team, subcontractors and suppliers, driving programme, cost, quality and health & safety performance.

You will act as the main point of contact for the client and design team, work with the commercial team on cost control and change management, and report progress and risks to

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager with a main contractor.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or similar.
• Strong programming skills with MS Project or similar.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Full driving licence.
