Job summary

Elk Recruitment in Dublin is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver civil engineering and infrastructure projects for a leading Tier 1 contractor. You will own projects from planning through completion, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and high standards of safety and quality.

The role requires strong leadership, contract administration and budgeting skills, plus a full driving licence. Competitive salary and permanent full-time position offered in Dublin 24 area.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience as a Project Manager delivering civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
• Experience with main contractor, ideally Tier 1 contractor.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration and project planning.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Commercial awareness with ability to manage project budgets and resources.
• Full driving licence.

• Lead site teams and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers.
• Develop and monitor programme budgets and resource plans.

About the Role

We are recruiting an experienced Project Manager to join a leading Tier 1 contractor delivering major civil engineering and infrastructure projects across Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of high-profile projects while working with an established and respected construction team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from planning through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the successful delivery of civil engineering projects.
• Lead site teams and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers.
