Job summary

An infrastructure company in Dublin seeks an experienced Civils-biased Project Manager to lead multi-disciplinary projects across transport and utilities sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project delivery, ensuring safety and quality standards, and fostering strong client relationships. Qualifications

  • Previous experience delivering civil or infrastructure projects within Ireland.
  • Strong commercial and contractual understanding.
  • Full driving licence and flexibility to travel.
  • Proficient in project planning and reporting tools.
  • Full driving licence and ability to travel.
  • Experience in power, rail or telecoms infrastructure.
  • Formal PM or engineering qualification.

Responsibilities

  • Manage civil engineering and infrastructure projects through all phases of delivery.
  • Oversee project teams, budgets, and schedules to achieve key milestones.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Liaise with design, procurement, and site teams to resolve issues.
  • Control costs, manage variations, and forecast finances.
  • Build relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Promote innovation, collaboration, and a positive safety culture.

The successful candidate will take full ownership of delivery performance, driving efficiency, safety, and quality while fostering strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage civil engineering and infrastructure projects through all phases of delivery
  • Oversee project teams, budgets, and schedules to achieve key milestones
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards
  • Liaise with design, procurement, and site teams to resolve technical issues
  • Control costs, manage variations, and support accurate financial forecasting
  • Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
  • Promote innovation, collaboration, and a positive safety culture
Requirements
  • Previous experience delivering civil or infrastructure projects within Ireland
