Job summary

Frey Consulting Group seeks a Civil Project Manager to lead civil delivery for utility-scale renewable energy and construction projects in the Southern Ireland region. You will oversee earthworks, roads, drainage and site infrastructure, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.

The role requires a Civil Engineering or related degree and 5+ years in project or senior site management, with strong coordination of multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.

THE ROLE:

This Civil Project Manager role will focus on managing all civil construction activities across renewable energy projects throughout Southern Ireland. You'll oversee site preparation, earthworks, roads, drainage and other enabling infrastructure works, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget.

THE PERSON:

This role is ideally suited to candidates from a civil engineering, infrastructure or utilities background who have experience managing large-scale construction projects.

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline
• Typically 5+ years' experience in Project Management or Senior Site Management roles
• Backgrounds may include Project Manager, Senior Engineer, Civil Site Manager or Construction Manager
• Strong experience delivering civil works packages
• Experience with infrastructure, utilities, roads, drainage, earthworks or renewable energy projects
• Good understanding of programme management and project controls
• Strong commercial awareness including budgets, valuations and cost tracking
• Confident managing subcontractors, consultants and multidisciplinary teams
