Job summary

Archer in Limerick, Ireland, is seeking a Project Manager for SaaS Implementations to lead end-to-end customer implementations and ensure successful outcomes.

You will oversee projects from planning to go-live, coordinating with Product, Development and Customer Success teams while driving improvements across processes in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Project Management, SaaS Implementations, Technology Delivery or a similar role.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously within timelines, budgets and scope.
• Strong understanding of SaaS implementation lifecycles including onboarding, data migration, configuration, integrations and user training.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SaaS implementations from planning through go-live.
• Manage key stakeholders and ensure successful delivery of SaaS solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, Development and Customer Success teams to deliver effective technology solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement across implementation processes and overcome delivery challenges.
• Oversee multiple projects, coordinate stakeholders and own delivery outcomes.
