Brightpath Recruitment in Galway is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead a major commercial development. You will drive delivery from inception to completion, coordinating site teams, subcontractors and suppliers while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years’ experience with a Main Contractor, proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, and a degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.

• Proven track record delivering construction projects on time and within budget.
• Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering (or related field).

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of a major commercial project from inception to completion.
• Oversee programme scheduling, budgeting, and performance to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, and quality on site.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and provide updates on timelines, costs, and risks.
• Drive efficient project execution and resolve challenges for smooth operations.
