Job summary

Harvey Nash is seeking a Project Manager for AML reporting, issue resolution, data sustainability, and the AML5 to AML6 transition across multiple EEA countries. The role is based in Dublin with a hybrid model (3 days on site per week) and a 12-month contract.

Project Manager – AML Reporting, Issue Resolution & Sustainability

Location: Dublin City, Ireland.

Model: Hybrid (3 days on site a week)

Our client, a leading global financial services organisation, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a high-profile programme focused on AML reporting, issue resolution, data sustainability, and the transition from AML5 to AML6 regulation across multiple EEA countries.

This is a business-critical role requiring someone who can operate confidently across Business, Operations, Product and Technology, bridging stakeholders and ensuring requirements are clearly defined, understood and delivered against agreed outcomes.

You will play a key role in resolving data and reporting issues, strengthening end-to-end processes, and supporting the implementation of future-state AML reporting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate discussions across Business, Operations, Product and Technology, ensuring requirements are clearly defined and aligned to programme objectives and expected outcomes.
• Manage data sustainability, investigation and issue resolution, coordinating analysis across multiple source applications and validating data against detailed business requirements.
• Review underlying client documentation and data across source systems, reporting/analysis layers and regulatory reporting outputs.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across source applications and the reporting environment, identifying gaps and coordinating remediation where required.
• Establish and maintain a central documentation repository, ensuring documentation is accurate, complete and maintained on an ongoing basis.
• Coordinate the review and testing of existing AML reports across EEA countries, ensuring consistent quality and delivery across operational and technical processes.
• Define future-state requirements and identify the operational resourcing and governance required to support sustainable, end-to-end data review.
• Map current-state processes and document future-state operating models and processes in collaboration with Product, Operations and Technology.
• Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Production Verification Testing (PVT), including development of robust test plans and support for business users throughout testing.
• Review and agree AML5 to AML6 reporting upgrades and changes, taking into account specific country-by-country regulatory requirements.
• Identify dependencies, risks, issues and required decisions, ensuring these are effectively managed through to resolution.
• Drive consistent implementation and delivery across multiple countries and stakeholder groups.

About You

We are looking for a Project Manager with strong experience in AML, regulatory reporting, data remediation or financial services transformation, ideally gained within a complex, multi-country environment.

You will bring:

• Proven experience managing complex regulatory or AML change programmes.
• Strong understanding of AML5/AML6 regulatory reporting requirements and their operational implications.
• Experience working on multi-country AML implementations, preferably across EEA jurisdictions
