The Company is seeking to appoint a highly motivated, Dublin-based AML Manager with responsibility for operational delivery, stakeholder management, change ownership and team leadership. The AML Manager will oversee the daily operational activities of the Dublin AML team and work closely with international colleagues to ensure alignment and consistent quality of service. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a growing team, reporting directly to the local Head of Unit.
The role is critical to ensuring the effective delivery of AML operational activities, including investor onboarding, periodic reviews, screening, transaction monitoring and associated financial crime controls across the business.
Induction training will be provided, alongside compulsory AML/KYC training and optional development opportunities. Additional role-specific training will be delivered in-house by peers, the line manager and senior management.
Following successful completion of the probation period, employees will typically work three days per week in the office, with the option to work two days remotely.
