We are seeking an experienced Financial Crime Technical Business Analyst to lead the implementation of the Anti-Money Laundering Authority (AMLA) regulatory framework across the bank's Financial Crime and Compliance landscape.
The successful candidate will act as a bridge between Compliance, Financial Crime Operations, Risk, Data, and Technology teams to translate AMLA requirements into business processes, data models, controls, and technology solutions. The role requires strong expertise in AML/KYC, Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, regulatory reporting, and data governance.
The candidate will drive regulatory transformation initiatives, support target operating model design, and ensure successful implementation of AMLA-aligned controls, policies, processes, and technology platforms. Responsibilities align with AML/KYC program delivery, stakeholder engagement, data mapping, regulatory change implementation, and governance activities identified in recent AMLA programs.
