Job Opportunity - Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale architectural precast concrete facade projects. This is a dynamic and collaborative role where you’ll oversee projects from inception to completion, working closely with design, construction, and commercial teams to ensure successful execution, client satisfaction, and high-quality results.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead project planning sessions and coordinate internal resources to meet key milestones.
• Oversee and manage a portfolio of projects simultaneously.
• Ensure full understanding and management of project scope and deliverables.
• Maintain strong communication with internal departments, clients, and stakeholders.
• Facilitate timely decision-making processes both internally and externally.
• Ensure seamless project transition from tender stage to final client handover.
• Manage project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
• Maintain thorough project documentation and reporting throughout all stages.
• Identify and resolve internal blockers to maintain project momentum.
• Work closely with Quantity Surveyors to manage budgets and commercial performance.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Construction, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a project management role.
• Experience in facade coordination is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with 3D modelling for coordination is an advantage.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project planning tools (e.g. MS Project or Asta).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.
