Job summary

Key Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of major building projects across Cork and Munster. You will lead programmes from mobilisation to handover, coordinating engineers, site teams and subcontractors on high-profile schemes.

The role requires a proven track record delivering large Irish or UK projects, strong commercial awareness and client-facing confidence, with the ability to manage safety, quality and design across multi-disciplinary teams.

A leading Irish building contractor is expanding its Cork operation and is looking for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of major building projects across Cork and Munster.

Current work includes a pharmaceutical project and a residential development, but strong candidates from commercial, healthcare, education, life sciences, data centres, mixed‑use and other major construction backgrounds are equally welcome.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading projects from mobilisation through to handover
• Managing programmes, lookaheads and recovery plans
• Coordinating subcontractors, consultants and supply‑chain partners
• Overseeing safety, quality, design and commercial workstreams
• Managing RFIs, technical queries, procurement and project risks
• Driving BCAR, handover and close‑out standards
• Leading and developing site teams

What we’re looking for

• A strong record delivering major Irish or UK building projects
• Excellent programme and subcontractor management skills
• Strong commercial awareness and client‑facing confidence

Pharmaceutical or residential experience would be beneficial, but strong project‑delivery experience matters more than one particular sector.
