Construction Project Manager – (Pharma Project, North Cork)

An established and highly regarded contractor is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead an Pharmaceutical Project in North Cork. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a respected contractor with a strong track record in delivering complex projects across various sectors, including the pharmaceutical industry. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the entire construction process for a large-scale pharma project from pre-construction through to completion.
  • Ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Collaborate with senior management, subcontractors, clients, and design teams to ensure effective communication and project success.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, monitor progress, and resolve any issues that may arise during construction.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality control standards on-site.
  • Manage project budgets, track costs, and handle procurement of materials and subcontractors.
  • Oversee the project team and ensure all project milestones are achieved efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to site managers, engineers, and other on-site personnel.
  • Maintain thorough documentation and reports to keep stakeholders informed on project progress.
Essential Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, ideally with experience in the pharma or industrial sectors but not essential.
  • Strong track record of delivering large-scale construction projects on time, within budget, and to high standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple teams and subcontractors efficiently.
  • Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Salary & Benefits:
