Job summary

Morgan McKinley in Ireland is seeking a Project Lead - Facilities/Utilities to oversee capital projects in a regulated GMP environment. Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering is required or equivalent.
• PM qualification (e.g. PMP) is a plus.
• 8+ years in pharmaceutical/regulated GMP project delivery.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary projects from concept to closeout.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital and site engineering projects from idea through closeout.
• Define user requirements, scope, success criteria, interfaces and benefits.
• Develop charters, scopes, estimates, schedules, risks, and approvals.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design covering utilities, facilities, HVAC, electrical, civils, fire protection and equipment installation.
• Manage designers, vendors and contractors including tenders and reviews.
• Plan and control budgets, forecasts, cash flow, contingencies, changes; provide status reporting.
• Ensure work safety and GMP/regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate shutdowns, permits, tie-ins in live GMP areas.
• Drive punch-list, turnover docs, maintenance readiness and training.
• Complete financial closeout and lessons learned.
• Collaborate with Facilities, Engineering, Maintenance, Operations, EHS, Quality, Validation, IT/Automation, Procurement and Finance.
