Job summary

Morgan McKinley in Ireland is seeking a Process Equipment Project Engineer to safely lead major capital expansion projects for oral solid dosage manufacturing. You will coordinate design, testing, installation, qualification and handover of process equipment within cleanrooms, working with vendors, utilities and facilities to meet time and budget goals.

The role requires 6–10 years in pharma project leadership, strong English, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Third level qualification in Engineering or Science.
• 6–10 years leading multidisciplinary Project Teams in pharma.
• PM experience delivering major capital expansions on time and budget.
• Excellent English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional Equipment Projects in tablet manufacturing.
• Coordinate design reviews, validation planning and commissioning activities.
• Develop and manage detailed project timelines (Gantt) and budgets.
• Coordinate with Utilities, Facilities, IT/OT and Vendors/Contractors.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget handover with proper documentation.
• Lead risk reviews and drive project execution with stakeholders.
