Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking a high-caliber Process Engineer to join a leading global pharmaceutical organization on site in Ireland. You will drive equipment efficiency, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and ensure manufacturing schedules are met while supporting regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.

The role requires hands-on experience with process control systems and a strong Lean Six Sigma background to lead CI initiatives and tech transfer efforts.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Chemical, Biochemical, or Process Engineering (or equivalent industrial experience).
• Experience in a cGMP manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on with process control systems and instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support to operations; lead root-cause analysis and CAPA for process equipment issues.
• Manage DCS and other process control systems for high performance, system compliance, and data integrity.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives and CI forums focused on process optimization, waste reduction, and energy savings.
• Progress engineering projects independently—from design through commissioning—and support tech transfer of new technologies and processes.
• Ensure all operations align with cGMP, ISO 14001, EMAS, and health, safety, and environmental legislation.
