Qualifications

• Experience managing construction or specialist fit-out projects.

Opportunity for an experienced Project Manager/Foreman to join a leading specialist contractor delivering high-value laboratory and technical fit-out projects across Ireland.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager/Foreman with experience in construction or specialist fit-out projects to take responsibility for complex projects from initial award through to successful handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects from award through to completion and handover
• Develop and manage project programmes, schedules and delivery plans
• Coordinate site activities, subcontractors and installation teams
• Work closely with clients, consultants, main contractors and internal teams
• Monitor project progress, budgets, quality and key milestones
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to the required standards
• Identify project risks and proactively resolve issues throughout delivery
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

• Previous Project Management experience within construction, fit-out or a related technical environment
• Experience within pharmaceutical, life sciences, laboratory, healthcare or specialist fitout projects would be highly advantageous
• Strong project planning and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Commercially aware with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
• Strong commitment to health & safety, quality and successful project delivery
