Qualifications

• Experience managing construction or specialist fit-out projects.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, laboratory, healthcare or specialist fitout projects is advantageous.
• Strong planning and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Commercially aware with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Strong commitment to health & safety, quality and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects from award through to completion and handover.
• Develop and manage project programmes, schedules and delivery plans.
• Coordinate site activities, subcontractors and installation teams.
• Work closely with clients, consultants, main contractors and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, quality and milestones.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to the required standards.
• Identify project risks and resolve issues throughout delivery.
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
