Job summary

Fortivum is looking to appoint multiple Project Engineers to support the delivery of data centre and mission-critical projects across Europe. Dublin-based with travel to European client sites; roles welcome from recent graduates through to engineers with 5+ years’ experience.

This is a growing client-side consultancy, offering exposure to complex projects across the full lifecycle—from design and procurement through construction, commissioning and handover—with clear progression into Project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Level 8) in Engineering, Construction, Science or related discipline.
• Graduate to 5+ years’ experience; applications welcome across all levels.
• Data centre/mission-critical experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Willingness to travel across Europe; experience with MEP or project delivery is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in technical and commercial delivery of projects and work packages.
• Coordinate engineering disciplines, consultants, contractors and vendors.
• Support design reviews, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover.
• Maintain project documentation, compliance trackers and reporting.
• Monitor programme, cost, quality and risk; escalate issues.
• Participate in project, design, construction and client meetings.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory and client requirements.
• Develop understanding of data centre and mission-critical infrastructure.

About the Role

Due to continued growth, Fortivum is looking to appoint multiple Project Engineers to support the delivery of data centre and mission-critical projects across Europe.

We welcome applications from recent graduates through to engineers with 5+ years’ experience, with responsibilities tailored to experience and capability.

This is an opportunity to join a growing client-side consultancy, gaining exposure to complex projects across the full lifecycle, from design and procurement through construction, commissioning and handover.

The roles are Dublin-based and involve travel to European client sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in the technical and commercial delivery of projects and work packages.
