Job summary

Fortivum is expanding its electrical engineering team in Ireland, working on data centre and critical infrastructure projects across Ireland and Europe. You will learn from seasoned engineers, contribute to electrical design packages, and take increasing responsibility for your own design work.

The role involves producing drawings and documentation, assisting with LV/MV distribution, lighting, containment design, and coordination with other disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or related field.
• 1–4 years’ experience in an electrical engineering consultancy is essential.
• Good understanding of electrical building services.

Responsibilities

• Assist with electrical design from concept through to detailed design.

You will work alongside experienced engineers on the electrical design of large-scale data centre and critical infrastructure projects, developing your technical skills and taking increasing responsibility for your own design packages.

Requirements

• Revit, Amtech, Dialux or similar experience is advantageous.
• Good knowledge of relevant electrical standards.
• Strong communication, organisation and attention to detail.
