Harper Finley Professional Recruitment is assisting a growing engineering business in Dublin to appoint a Project Engineer with site travel. You will support projects from planning through to installation, commissioning and handover, coordinating drawings, equipment orders and schedules.

The role combines hands-on site work with technical coordination, requiring a Mechanical Engineering or Building Services background and experience in HVAC/refrigeration projects.

Qualificações

• Qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services or a related discipline, or relevant trade experience with project coordination exposure.
• Experience supporting mechanical, HVAC or refrigeration projects.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong organisation skills and confidence dealing with suppliers and site teams.
• Practical approach to problem solving.
• Good communication skills and a willingness to get involved on site.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites.
• Data centre experience would be an advantage.

Our client is a growing engineering business delivering refrigeration and HVAC projects across a range of sectors. They are now looking to appoint a Project Engineer to support the delivery of projects from initial planning through to installation, commissioning and handover.

This is a hands-on role combining technical coordination with regular site involvement, working closely with project managers, site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and clients.
