Leo Lynch is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Finance Administrator to join our team. This role will support the Project Controls and Commercial Finance function, with responsibility for the accurate and timely processing of subcontractor costs, account administration, invoicing and expenses.

You will review subcontractor invoices, set up accounts, assist with payment runs and reconciliations, handle customer invoicing and ensure compliance with company policy, while providing

Qualificações

• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• Good numerical, organisational and administrative skills.
• Comfortable working with invoices, reconciliations and financial information.
• Good communication skills and confidence liaising with internal teams and external subcontractors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable learning financial/project systems.

Responsabilidades

• Review, record and process subcontractor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Set up and maintain subcontractor accounts and associated records.
• Assist with the preparation and processing of subcontractor payment runs.
• Perform subcontractor account reconciliations.
• Assist with customer invoicing and supporting project billing requirements.
• Review employee expense claims for accuracy, confirm appropriate supporting documentation and compliance with company policy.
• Provide additional administrative and finance support as required.
