Job summary

Leo Lynch in Dublin is seeking a Site Quantity Surveyor to manage on-site cost control, commercial reporting and subcontractor accounts on large-scale projects.

You will review subcontractor applications, price variations, and interim valuations, working with the Construction Manager to ensure accuracy and timely payments. Based in Dublin, travel to other sites may be required; strong negotiation and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role, preferably on large-scale construction or industrial projects.
• Proven experience in managing subcontractor accounts, including applications, variations, and final accounts.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts (RIAI, NEC, JCT or similar).
• Excellent cost control and commercial administration skills.
• Based in Dublin with willingness to travel to other sites.

Responsibilities

• Review subcontractor applications, variations, and final accounts.

• Prepare valuations and interim payments in collaboration with Construction Manager.
• Monitor variations and procurement documentation.
