Job summary

Project Blackbook is seeking an independent Programme Manager (Supply Chain) to govern and deliver a complex transformation. The role coordinates workstreams, manages plans, risks and dependencies, and provides clear reporting to senior stakeholders.

The contract runs 6–12 months, starts mid-September, with 2–3 days on site in Dublin and the remainder remote; day rate £350–£600 outside IR35.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of programme governance and delivery coordination experience.
• Confident managing senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation and structured problem-solving skills.

Day rate: £350-£600/day outside IR35

We’ve partnered with a digital and business transformation consultancy seeking an independent consultant to provide programme governance and delivery support across a complex transformation. The role will focus on coordinating workstreams, managing plans, risks and dependencies, and providing clear reporting and stakeholder communication to keep delivery on track.
