Job summary

projectblackbook is seeking an independent Programme Manager for a 6–12 month contract in Ireland. The role combines governance and delivery coordination across multiple workstreams, with 2–3 days on site in Dublin and the rest remote.

You will manage plans, risks and dependencies, provide clear reporting to senior stakeholders and ensure delivery stays on track. Requires 8+ years in programme governance and excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Seniority: Senior Consultant - Principal

Day rate: £350-£600/day outside IR35

Project duration: 6 - 12 months, starting mid-September

Location: 2-3 days on site in Dublin, the rest remote

We’ve partnered with a digital and business transformation consultancy seeking an independent consultant to provide programme governance and delivery support across a complex transformation. The role will focus on coordinating workstreams, managing plans, risks and dependencies, and providing clear reporting and stakeholder communication to keep delivery on track.
