Job summary

Barden is partnering with a client in Dublin to hire an experienced Programme Manager for a live asset servicing engagement. The role starts immediately as a contract, with potential for future opportunities based on performance.

You will lead onboarding of private markets launches, establish governance, and deliver data-driven solutions while embedding regulatory and risk controls from day one. Expect senior stakeholder collaboration and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Four to five years in asset management or asset servicing, in operations or project roles.
• Four to five years in programme or project management with delivery track record.
• Familiarity with fund admin, transfer agency, custody, or investor onboarding.
• Exposure to alternatives such as private equity, private credit, or real estate.
• Confident with senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams in regulated settings.
• Degree educated; project, programme, change, or business analysis qualification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the onboarding of new private markets launches from plan to go-live.
• Set up governance and delivery frameworks that stakeholders can rely on.
• Turn business requirements into practical, technology-enabled solutions, including data and reporting.
• Build regulatory, risk, and control requirements into the programme from day one.
• Run workshops, communications, and training so the change sticks.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and lead multidisciplinary teams.
