Job summary

Barden is delighted to partner with a large Irish organisation to appoint a Finance Systems Manager to oversee and optimise our finance-related IT landscape. This role will lead the finance applications estate and the team behind it, driving finance transformation and project delivery.

You will manage a team across Ireland and a remote location, shape the systems roadmap, and work with Finance, Technology and a managed service partner to enhance functionality and capability.

Qualifications

5+ years managing SAP finance systems, including FICO, consolidation and treasury.
Experience leading cross-functional teams, including offshore resources.
Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills.
Proven ability to drive system transformation and process automation.

Responsibilities

Shape the finance systems roadmap and contribute to the broader IT strategy.
Own the SAP finance estate, including FICO, consolidation, treasury, BlackLine and Concur.
Lead a team across Ireland and remote location; prioritise work and ensure timely delivery.
Collaborate with Finance and CoE teams to align data, integration and reporting.
Manage upgrades, new features, and compliance in line with business needs.
