Job summary

St Christopher's Services is seeking a Programme Director to manage daily operations of its activation services in Longford. The role focuses on delivering person-centred care and leading a team to meet national standards.

The successful candidate will have an Ordinary Degree in Social Care or Nursing and a management qualification with at least three years' experience, plus CORU/NMBI registration. This permanent, full-time post offers 35 hours per week and scope to drive service development at

Qualifications

• Minimum Ordinary Degree (HETAC Level 7) in Applied Social Studies/Social Care, Nursing or recognised equivalent.
• Applicants must hold full CORU/NMBI registration at the time of application.
• Management qualification with 3 years in management experience is required.

• Implement and oversee the New Directions Programme in units under your management.
