• Overall responsibility for commercial and operational performance of the profit centre, leading a team, managing key customers and identifying opportunities to grow revenue and profitability.
• Full P&L and budget responsibility.
• Develop and deliver commercial and growth strategies.
• Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Manage key customer and stakeholder relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams.
• Monitor financial performance, margins, costs and KPIs.
• Ensure projects and services meet quality, cost and timescale requirements.
