Job summary

Accenture in Dublin, Ireland seeks an AI & Copilot Studio Engineer to design, build and support secure, governed agents that connect with clients’ enterprise systems. You’ll work with architects, analysts and client teams to transform real use cases into trusted solutions.

Role emphasizes integration with Dataverse, Power Platform, REST APIs and Azure services, plus crafting prompts and components with strong governance and human-in-the-loop controls.

Qualifications

• Hands-on delivery experience with Copilot Studio, Power Automate and Dataverse.
• Knowledge of generative AI, prompt design and retrieval-grounded solutions.
• Experience integrating enterprise systems via connectors, APIs or custom connectors.
• Understanding of Power Platform governance, security roles and ALM.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and agile delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure Copilot Studio agents, topics, instructions and flows.
• Integrate agents with Dataverse, M365, Power Platform connectors, REST APIs and Azure services.
• Create reusable prompts and components with human-in-the-loop controls.
• Ensure agents are secure, governed and compliant with guardrails.
• Test for accuracy, safety and performance before client delivery.
• Maintain solution documentation and contribute to ALM, CI/CD, release and support.
