Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Production Program Manager to drive the operational cadence of our production business. You will build execution plans, analyze production data, and maintain dashboards that keep stakeholders aligned.

You will collaborate with Supply Chain, Quality, NPI, Logistics, and Production Engineers, translating complex data into actionable insights and proactively unblocking bottlenecks using advanced Excel and AI tooling.

Qualifications

4-8 years of experience in operations, consulting, program management, or a fast-paced startup environment.
Experience using Salesforce, Oracle and/or SAP or similar transferable skills
High level of business acumen
Knowledge of hardware production environment with high value components and BOM's
Highly adaptable; comfortable stepping into ambiguous situations and creating order out of chaos.
Advanced Excel skills are a must. Experience leveraging LLMs (like Claude) to optimise work output is highly valued.

Responsibilities

Manage and execute the routine rhythms of the production business.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, collate, and report production schedule requirements.
Translate high-level business objectives into concrete, structured execution objectives for the production team.
Aggregate and analyse data to provide a clear picture of performance and bottlenecks.
Build and maintain spreadsheets, dashboards, and models to track KPIs and support decision-making.
Act as a cross-functional liaison to ensure alignment and unblock dependencies.
