Job summary

Anduril Industries Ireland is seeking a Production Program Manager to drive the operational cadence of our production business. You will build execution plans, analyse production data, and maintain dashboards that keep stakeholders aligned.

You will translate complex data into actionable insights, work with cross-functional teams, and leverage AI tooling to improve delivery. Strong Excel and ERP experience are required.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in operations, consulting, program management, or a fast-paced startup environment.
• Advanced Excel is required; experience with AI tools like Claude is valued.
• Knowledge of hardware production environment with high value components and BOMs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the production plan and execution cadence with the Production Manager.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Quality, NPI, Logistics, and Production Engineers to align schedules.
• Analyze production data, build dashboards, and maintain KPI models for decision support.
• Proactively identify bottlenecks and unblock issues with a bias for action.
• Leverage Claude/AI tooling to draft communications and accelerate problem-solving.
