Job summary

Anduril Industries Ireland is seeking a Production Program Manager to drive the operational cadence of our production business. You will build execution plans, analyse production data, and maintain dashboards that keep stakeholders aligned.

You will translate complex data into actionable insights, work with cross-functional teams, and leverage AI tooling to improve delivery. Strong Excel and ERP experience are required.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in operations, consulting, program management, or a fast-paced startup environment.
• Advanced Excel is required; experience with AI tools like Claude is valued.
• Knowledge of hardware production environment with high value components and BOMs.

Responsibilities

About The Job

The Voyager production team deliver products to third party customers, and to other Anduril business lines. We are looking for a Production Program Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will drive the operational cadence of our production business - building execution plans, analysing production data, and maintaining the dashboards that keep stakeholders aligned. You will act as a cross-functional liaison, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights and proactively unblocking bottlenecks before they impact delivery. This requires strong analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, ERP experience, and a willingness to leverage AI tooling to work more effectively.

What You’ll Do

Operational Execution & Planning

• Works with the Production Manager to manage the operational cadence: Manage and execute the "routine rhythms" of the production business, ensuring key meetings, reporting cycles, and deliverables are completed on time.
• Works with cross functional teams (Supply Chain, Quality, NPI, Logistics. Production Engineers) to gather/collate/report production schedule requirements.
• Create plans that translate high-level business objectives into concrete, structured execution objectives for the production team.
• Aggregates and analyses data - gathers, cleans, and synthesizes complex operational and production data from various sources to provide a clear picture of performance and bottlenecks.
• Builds and maintains spreadsheets, dashboards, and financial/operational models to track KPIs and support decision-making.

Stakeholder Management & Communication

• Acts as a cross-functional team liaison point - connects and proactively works with key stakeholders, including manager, DivOps, the 1P team, VP, and the production floor.
• Translates complex data and production updates into concise, actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Drives alignment by facilitating communication across teams to resolve dependencies and ensure everyone is aligned on production priorities.

Problem Solving & AI-Leverage

• Rapid Problem Identification: Proactively monitor operations to identify bottlenecks, risks, and inefficiencies before they impact production.
• High-Speed Execution: Act as a high-bandwidth generalist who can rapidly unblock issues and implement solutions with a strong bias for action.
• Leverage Modern Tooling (Claude/AI): Integrate AI assistants (like Claude) into daily workflows to draft communications, synthesize data, and accelerate problem-solving.

Required Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in operations, consulting, program management, or a fast-paced startup environment.
• Experience using Salesforce, Oracle and/or SAP or similar transferable skills
• High level of business acumen
• Knowledge of hardware production environment with high value components and BOM's
• Highly adaptable; comfortable stepping into ambiguous situations and creating order out of chaos.
• Advanced Excel skills are a must. Experience leveraging LLMs (like Claude) to optimise work output is highly valued.
