Job summary

Dexcom Ireland is seeking a Manufacturing Associate 2 to contribute to the production of life-changing CGM products in a cleanroom environment. You will operate semi-automated and automated equipment and work within a high-volume, regulated manufacturing setting.

The role requires attention to detail, hands-on assembly skills, and the ability to follow strict GMP procedures. A dexterity assessment may be required during interview.

Qualifications

• Leaving Certificate (or Level 5 equivalent) required.
• 2+ years in medical device or regulated manufacturing preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow structured procedures.
• Comfort with repetitive, hands-on assembly tasks.
• Good computer literacy and mechanical aptitude.
• Reliable, adaptable, and team oriented.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor semi-automated and automated equipment.
• Carry out routine manual tasks such as handling components, loading materials, and supporting assembly processes.
• Perform precise, dexterity-based assembly tasks and maintain output.
• Perform in-process checks to ensure product quality.
• Complete packaging, labelling, material movement, and data entry.
• Follow GMP, SOPs, batch records, and cleanroom protocols with accurate documentation.
• Report deviations, defects, or safety concerns promptly and support quality and yield targets.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members during shift handovers.
