Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking a Production Operator in Galway, Ireland to support aseptic filling activities in a GMP environment. You will participate in vial/syringe fills, execute cleaning duties, and assist with jet printing as required.

The role requires a Leaving Certificate with 0-1 years in a cleanroom; experience in pharma processes is desirable. A strong eye for detail and adherence to quality systems are essential components of the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Leaving Certificate and 0-1 years of experience working within a cleanroom environment.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes in pharma/medical device environments is desirable but not essential.
• Gowning experience appropriate to Grade A/B areas.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

The Role & What You Will Be Doing

To ensure filling duties are performed in an aseptic and GMP-compliant fashion, along with the cleaning of the machines and surrounding rooms.

Every day, the Production Operator role will make an impact by:

• Participating in vial/syringe fills as per the production schedule
• Cleaning the filling room as required at the end of filling
• Participating in jet printing activities when not involved in filling
• Complying with the required Quality Systems, GMP, Health & Safety, and Environmental standards at all times
• Remaining flexible in supporting the department in meeting customer requirements and business objectives
• Performing other duties as assigned, including supporting the Packaging Department in Casla when required

About Your Skills & Experience

For this role, we're looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills, and experiences:

• Minimum of a Leaving Certificate and 0-1 years of experience working within a cleanroom environment. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes within a pharmaceutical or medical device environment is desirable but not essential
