Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking a Production Operator in Galway, Ireland to support aseptic filling activities in a GMP environment. You will participate in vial/syringe fills, execute cleaning duties, and assist with jet printing as required.

The role requires a Leaving Certificate with 0-1 years in a cleanroom; experience in pharma processes is desirable. A strong eye for detail and adherence to quality systems are essential components of the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Leaving Certificate and 0-1 years of experience working within a cleanroom environment.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes in pharma/medical device environments is desirable but not essential.
• Gowning experience appropriate to Grade A/B areas.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Participating in vial/syringe fills as per the production schedule.
• Cleaning the filling room as required at the end of filling.
• Participating in jet printing activities when not involved in filling.
• Complying with Quality Systems, GMP, Health & Safety, and Environmental standards at all times.
• Remaining flexible in supporting the department to meet customer requirements and business objectives.
• Performing other duties as assigned, including supporting the Packaging Department in Casla when required.
