Job summary

Morgan McKinley in Carlow is seeking a Production Operator to join the hands-on manufacturing floor. You will operate production machinery, assemble and package products, and follow SOPs. This is not a laboratory, quality control, or office role.

Location: Carlow

This is a hands-on manufacturing role working on the production floor, operating equipment and supporting the manufacturing process. It is not a laboratory, quality control, or office-based position.

What you'll be doing

As a Production Operator, you'll play an important role in ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating production machinery and manufacturing equipment

• Contributing ideas for continuous improvement

Who we're looking for

We're open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds. You might already have experience in manufacturing, or you may be looking to take the next step from a role in retail, hospitality, warehousing, logistics, customer service, or another fast-paced environment.
