Job summary

FRS Recruitment is seeking a Production Operative in Cork to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. You will follow GMP, SOPs and quality protocols to ensure products meet standards.

You will work on the production floor, hit daily targets, maintain hygiene, complete documentation, and support cross-training while complying with Health & Safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with SOPs and quality practices.
• Minimum Leaving Certificate qualification.
• Experience in the food production industry.

Responsibilities

• Operate as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment.
• Meet daily and weekly production targets.
• Adhere to existing systems and support continuous improvement efforts.
• Accurately complete production documentation in line with Good Documentation Practices.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and maintain excellent personal hygiene.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, in line with company housekeeping standards.
• Support cross-training efforts across different production roles.
• Comply with Health & Safety regulations at all times.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by Management or Team Leaders.

About the Role:

We are currently seeking a dedicatedProduction Operativeto join our clients dynamic team on the Production Floor. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that all products are manufactured to the highest standards, in line with the production plan, and in compliance with established operating procedures and quality protocols.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
