As Product Marketing Lead, you’ll own the story of Open’s platform and translate product capabilities into assets that drive adoption across People & HR, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Events. This senior, hands‑on role requires 5+ years in product marketing, end‑to‑end content production, and collaboration with Product, Sales and CS to land

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS company.
• Proven track record producing marketing assets end-to-end.
• Strong writing skills and ability to translate product features into customer value.

Responsibilities

• Own product marketing strategy and content for the Open platform.
• Translate product features into positioning, messaging and go-to-market plans.
• Build launch plans and enablement materials with Sales and CS.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Success and Marketing to drive adoption.
• Track adoption metrics and iterate campaigns based on data.
