Job summary

&Open is a startup where you’ll join as the second Product person, owning projects from problem to outcome, alongside our Head of Product. You’ll work on the core gifting platform used by global clients and partners, driving impact with thoughtful execution.

Based in Dublin or within GMT vicinity, you’ll leverage AI, collaboration with design and engineering, and strong customer insight to ship meaningful features quickly and responsibly.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in Product Management in a startup.
• Three or four projects you’ve owned completely end to end, with impact to discuss.
• Delivery as well as discovery: break work into shippable pieces and manage scope.
• Experience working directly with customers and driving your own research.
• You use AI daily and can show prompts, workflows, agents or tools you’ve built.
• Hands-on and adaptable, comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities.
• Strong writing; you document thinking clearly.
• Familiar with Notion, Figma, ClickUp and Mixpanel.

Responsibilities

• Own real projects from day one: define the problem, the solution, the delivery and the outcome.
• Set direction for projects with Product, Design and Engineering.
• Run customer research and participate in sales and support calls.
• Write concise 1-pagers detailing the problem, evidence, and success measures.
• Drive solutioning with the team and manage scope when dates matter.
• Own delivery: break work into ship-ready pieces and unblock the team.
