Job summary

Ei Electronics is seeking a detail-oriented documentation specialist to manage NPIs and ensure compliant product documentation across European languages. You will create labels, manuals, datasheets and packaging content, and collaborate with ERP and sales teams to validate changes.

You will support production and liaise with purchasing to timeline new or updated documentation, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Studies or Business & Law.
• Proficient in English with strong communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office, Teams, web).

Responsibilities

• Develop product documentation compliant with standards, including labels, packaging, manuals and datasheets.
• Create the product parts list (BOM) on the ERP system for relevant markets.
• Collaborate with graphic designer on packaging content.
• Liaise with sales offices on documentation validation.
• Assess change requests for validity and lead time.
• Control implementation of all changes to product documentation.
• Liaise with purchasing on delivery times for documentation.
• Document and communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Support production staff with changes and day-to-day queries.
